As I am walking in a field, this early spring afternoon. I see at my feet everywhere, the tiniest of violets, no bigger than a babies tears. I picked one up and it was perfect, as God's love is for me. I thought how easily the Love He gives is crushed each and every day, by those hearts who never see, His love before their very eyes. The violets were spread, far and wide across the field, as He gives His Love so freely to every soul He ever made. My prayer, dear Lord, open those eyes that they might see Your Love, no longer crushed beneath their feet, but blossom in every heart. 02 |
