I have found poems that were stashed here and there. I am finally able to post them. **************************************** Thirty Days It's been thirty days since I looked into your eyes Thirty days ago when I felt I came alive That day I set foot Off the plane way North That day when I finally Felt you touch my heart My head was clear and My heart was full of love From that point it began And I thanked Him above. It's been thirty days since I held you so very tight Not wanting to let go and To hold you through the night Your soft gentle touch and Your skin ever so smooth I felt the beat of your heart And my soul you soothed Now so far away from you I pray our love will endure We've shared so very much And still so much yet to share I miss you my sweet love I feel your absence within I pray that God above will Bring us together again.
