I wait and wait staring ahead See if you recognize that you have made a promise to someone Each second is thieving hope away of you ever showing up Is this promise vacant just like the rest? Silence that I hear in your promise But I deprive my mind and went with my heart, The penalty that I pay is quite heavy, But the hope of you coming outweighs it, No, no, I shall not misplace reliance in you, You are what I have been waiting for, Waiting forever is not what I planned, Your have failed to keep your word, Tears of fruitlessness now run down my tender cheeks, Each waiting moment shakes my heart with thunder, Have you forgotten your promise⦠Ronil (What I say I live by and what I live by is what I create). |

Ohhhh... this is such a touching poem... broken promises are always so hard to live with aren't they? |
