Kathy,

Your haikus presented a real nice mixture of mysterious and creepy.

I don't have fireflies where I live, but I sure do have a bunch of spiders. Smiles.

Enjoyed reading both of your haikus.

Very nice. I see you have used two versions of the haiku. We learn so much in this forum. I just was back in Iowa for a family reunion and I was so excited about their fireflies. They wre just thick. I wanted to package them up and bring some home with me. Thanks for the nice verses. Joyce
