OOOPS...there I go again Thinking of you Just when I think I have you under control Locked out of sight The pain a lessening blow OOOPS...there I go again Thinking of you Hoping for a reprieve Wishing for a sign That you still care Even when I know it won't be OOOPS...there I go again Thinking of you And the pain of it Just takes my breath away Tell me what I did To deserve this OOOPS...there I go again Thinking of you Will there ever come a day When you arent here Filling my head Killing my heart OOOPS...there I go again Thinking Thinking of you |

i do so know the feeling. i kick myself when i think of that special someone that i REALLY don'twant to think about. well penned. very structured. i don't know if you meant it like this, but i read the chorus to the rhythm of "oops i did it again". ![]() I am reminded of the immortal words of Socrates who said, "I drank what?" |

Paula, These are feelings I am so accustomed to. Take heart, I am here and if you want to talk, just email me. Loved the feeling of the poem. ![]() Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love (Daniel J D) |

Oops..There I go again.. I love that.. Its really something I can relate too.. Very well done. ![]() With a little piece of tomorrow, You'll have to kiss yesterday goodbye. Because today won't last forever, And the past will only make you cry. |

It can be very hard to remove that certain someone from everyday thought. The real challenge, I suppose is how we deal with the feeling, the memory, that seems to haunt us. Just remember... into every life, a little 'oops' must fall ![]() Well said, Paula. A poem for reflection. Trev. |

Paula, the way you delivered this piece is fresh, and creative...thoughts of past love can be haunting, your account of those reflections create a rewarding read. Robert Joseph |
