Why does divorce Cause so much pain Everything falls apart It's just insane The kids are in the middle And it's not fair They had nothing to do with it Yet they still care They have mixed emotions About us splitting They won't hear the fighting And glad it quitting They want mom and dad To live in the same place How do I tell them it's not possible When I look at their face I tell them each and everyday How much they mean to me And that I'll always love them And things will get better,just wait and see |

It causes so much pain because it is way up their on the list of stressful events in our lives and our childrens lives...death, divorce, losing a job, all dramatic and emotional events that stretch our limitations to the max..and yes time does ease the stress and the pain..take care...James |

SEA- thank-you wish my kids didn't have to go through this  Corinne- thanks hope you're right Elizabeth- thanks we're trying to be friendly about it for the kids sake James- Don't get me wrong I love my kids just wish they didn't have to be in the middle Sunshine- Thanks, I saw the e-mail and loved it.
