Stringing Haikus on a string of love of nature and animals unfolds a story if you care not for crickets and other bugs then perhaps you should leave on dark summer night cricket chirped a song of love into shadows deep he, true, persisted until she could not resist to his charms she flew song of loving sweet they sung until the wee morn ~ a family was born ~ cool weather overhead calmed the crickets chirping song winter came to claim love of summer night ‘tho summer’s song died it’s true ‘twill rush forth in spring Karilea When you want to be loved, look within...KRJ |
