Love came in once before Like a thief in the darkness That comes through the door Wrapped in the night it wore, Still I was neutral to the darkness Had I known the price love would claim An offering of all that is bliss Would I have still remained? To enjoy the pleasure and the pain, Still I was neutral to the darkness Away with love I would send Falling into the blackness Those times would never end Those nights, they would never end, Still I was neutral to the darkness Everything changed in my eyes From the innocence to the sweetness Blinded by the dark was I Even if no one heeded my cries, Still I was neutral to the darkness Love came in once again Like a butterfly caress That feels of angelic skin And whispers on darkened wind, And I embraced the darkness |

PK, it would seem that you and I are living parallel again. . . excellent. . . ---------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

Love came in once before Like a thief in the darkness Wrapped in the night it wore, =============== Had I known the price love would claim Would I have still remained? To enjoy the pleasure and the pain, ================= Everything changed in my eyes Blinded by the dark was I Even if no one heeded my cries, =================== Love came in once again Like a butterfly caress That feels of angelic skin And whispers on darkened wind, And I embraced the darkness ====================== quiet comfort comes in many forms... offered from many places, including the darkness... even butterflies and angels fly at night. "Wrapped in the night it wore," very cool line of imagery PK another poetically and emotionally soulful moment of inspire. It's such a clever innocence with which you show myself to me |

The darkness seduces our senses. We all fall in its "trap", but who care it is worth it! ![]() A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes. |
