Hillsides

... for the staff and executive director ...
... of Hillsides Home for Children ...

From utterly broken homes they come to Hillsides,
And begin a journey into hope through Hillsides.

Special place where broken children's spirits can mend
By patient guide of gentle staff that crew Hillsides.

Slowly seeding promise in torn hearts afflicted;
Potentials giving children as they view Hillsides.

Haven for lost children who cannot know safety,
Forth from vision bright of such a place grew Hillsides.

Many children that would waste away in silence
Find their voice and live a life fulfilled due Hillsides.

Zahaar remembers vivid this place of healing,
And has fared well in part because he knew Hillsides.

*sigh* my heart goes out to all the children who suffer. I am so very glad there are places like Hillsides for them to heal in. I wish there has been such a place when I needed it.

This is touching! Children need reassurance and guidance and Im happy that there are places where they can get it, if all else fails at home.
