"This Is Just To Say"

I know I’m privileged
Living where I live
Is a definite privilege, in itself
You can’t believe I ask to go to
The same place every weekend
It’s “crazy,” you say
Well, I’m sorry I love someone
So FAR away, It’s YOUR fault
Maryland is where we should have stayed
But you got this new job and became a jerk
And I sit and wonder everyday why nothing works
Out the way I want it to
You don’t have to yell
Just to tell me
I’m privileged, I know
