I am here, At a crossroad, Do I choose to help a friend, Or to keep my life good, I think she will be fine, But she says I need to help, She says nothing bad will happen, I think something will, She calls me selfish, What do I do, At a crossroad, I am here. |

Hmm... I liked the way you formatted this poem with beginning and ending with the same sentence. However, the ending doesn't read right... maybe you'd want to take a look at that again. Other than that, I like this poem. Short and sweet, expressing the predicament and leaving the reader wanting to know more. I enjoyed this. Keep writing... I can't wait to read more. --Marie "You can be idealistic for all of ten seconds before you die." (Imitation of Life) |
