the one who you love,
the one who bears your children,
the thief who has stolen your heart.

I want to be...
your princess,
your reason for living,
your inspiration.

I want to be...
the one you won't control,
the one you look at with those eyes,
the skittish and nervous bride.

I want to be...
your friend
your wife
your lover.

I want to be...
the one you adore,
the one you need,
the one you want.

I want to be...
the only one,
the hesitant one,
the chosen one.

I want to be...
Your One.
