Woven in the stars
the fate of you and I~~~

Glittering pulse
of hope,
radiating the heat
of two hearts
united
in the threads
of love and desire,
in a cocoon
of warming passion.

You and I woven
in the stars of fate~~~

Stretching to reach across
the skies of time,
the deep blue
of prose poems
~~~~~~~~
metered and rhymed.
