shockingly brazen, the serendipitous
quagmire of silent gong
and eureka thumbnails
boast of the most equidistant relevance
as a heart's hand reaches, down, down;
to the invisible myrtle ablaze-
only for the heart to see;

yielding, revealing, the treasures of
axiomatic tomes

no redefinition of gratitude is required-
no superior knowledge of trigonometry;
merely, one must be willing to remember
once or twice, a day
look, look!
-more wonderment, bedazzled by the equanimity
of nurturing answers!
