The punchline of the following bit of nonsense is based on a clever piece of word play told to me by my late father when I was only knee high to a grasshopper. It popped into my mind recently for apparently no reason. I grabbed it and jotted down this limerick: A vivacious electrician called Speight Went boozing one night with a mate.
