If I whisper
will you come
send your shadow
to me with breath
of renewed life?

If I whisper
will you bring
your touch
mend the broken
dreams of the past
invigorate the
chance of tommorow?

I wonder
why this scares me so?
Perhaps, the passion
would silence...my screams
