I am
a lot more honest
with myself
than days past
of knowing
how walls can fall
by scratching
at surfaces
so unable
to show need
and much
too weak
to reach out
I wonder
if cracks
can seal
and be repaired
in mirrors
of others
or of ourselves
when slivers
are the only
things seen
