That's what they were, said the kid, big, tough and fearless
You mean that's what the kids in your school were like?
Yeah.  I was the only one who had feelings
but I hid them well so nobody else could see them

Suppose everybody did that?

Then I wouldn't know.

              big, tough and fearless
