Whispers

there's a pain in me
it's a heavy thing
i drag it every day
every day

there's a sadness over me
it's a terrible thing
it steals my thoughts and smiles
if i smile

there is a tragedy waiting
it's a filthy image in the mirror
it's in my eyes
i see it there in my eyes
