Priority, Excessive, Consuming Entire being, Forcing you, Enticing you, To neglect, Dismiss, Me, Abandon me In a corner, Then Discarded you, You mourned, Mourning bridged The rift, A rift Left to widen, All respect Gone, No longer able To glance, Without Cringing, Now, A relationship, You strive to assemble, Like building blocks, Sorry, Attempt Arrived, Years too late, Our bond, Too harshly Torn, You believed, It, Awarded more Time, Though your daughter Shrieked In suffering, I disregard you, Just like you, Disregarded me, Trust, Betrayed, No longer Remains for You, Still, Heart crumbles, Face trembles, Sobs release, Silent streams flow, At mere thought, Of you, As I react, Everything sincere Spoken, Those three words, Filled with emptiness, Mean Nothing, Those words, I feel programmed To utter. |
