Hollow and alone when you're away, Chopped up and served on a silver tray, Is the feeling that I get. Find it hard to breathe seeing your face, My heart racing at an unstoppable pace, Is the feeling that I get. Getting butterflies when I see your smile, Even after all this long while, Is the feeling that I get. Falling into an abyss gazing into your eyes, Knowing I could never tell you any lies, Is the feeling that I get. The feel of your gentle touch, Your love I take hold of and clutch, Is the feeling that I get. Your love embrace, My saviour's grace, Is the feeling that I get. Making me clammer and stutter, Can't find the words so I mutter, Is the feeling that I get. The feelings I get because of you. Can you hear my cries, can you hear my pleads, will you watch me burn...or would you bleed for me? |
