Far from where I am going

She moved past a crowded doorway
with time escaping motions
in unobservant majesty.

pink radiance filled with
fragrance of sweet perfume
flooded a crowded hallway

Shadrach moved with frustration
and lovelorn sighs
through the sea of souls
to a doorway of darkness
and dreaming.

(as a side note Shadrach is the main character of the story. i hope you enjoy)
