~*~
Moving closer to shore as the tide recedes basking in a foreign tranquility what must be the wind on my back moving between seasons memories of September sunsets run off the blue sky.
I no longer listen for a siren song not meant for me a lark in the breeze skimming the sea and all that glitters like timeless fantasies.
Lifted by wings and a quiet calling that buoy my heart and some kind of love broken to pieces weary of drifting aimlessly.

It's great to read you again, Bluesy gal! You look as good as a "September sunset" - one of ours that is because we are now just into Spring. If you didn't read my response to you on one of my poems, I was indeed just thinking of you before you posted. Also e-mailed you but probably to an address no longer current. Hope to read you again soon. Take care!

Ah well...by the time I get here all the good words are taken. However, the timeless story of sand, sea, sky and a lone human can't ever be told too often. And you do it so well. It is always nice to read your work. Ken Through rubble and trouble and dark of night The yawn of a dawn will hasten the light

And still you touch my heart and keep me reaching out. It's not fun to miss you. But it is always a delight to know you're there. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

I am so appreciative to all of you. Oh, I could write a book, but I'll save it. Thank you for always accepting me and my bluesy ways, but more importantly for the little things that mean so much to me.
