5283 Poet’s Pain 11 April 2006 Does anyone feel the pain the true pain of the poet Wrists slashed, blood dripping red droplet by droplet, draining a soul Words enveloped, sliding escaping from a feeble mind Lubricated - yet uninstantiated to read as not to feel that ripping inside Metaphysical to a really this body withered in pain Wanting to die alone because death was not a choice Does anyone feel the pain the true pain of the poet Wrists slashed, blood dripping red droplet by droplet, draining a soul a poet who cares |
