Amy stands beside herself, Not liking what she sees. So she feels she must apply herself and do her best to please. She buys their lines and for a time Gives in to what they lay down. Knowing well that they lie like hell and never hang around. But she wonders... Could it be love? Amy hides the fear inside and makes eyes at all the boys. Drinks her courage down and struts around in her fringe and her turquoise. The things she does in search of Love are carved on bathroom walls. She's got the car. She'll buy the beer. All you have to do is call. And she'll wonder... Could it be love? Amy hates the mirror And Amy sheds a tear She'd rather hide than ever go outside But the bottle kills the fear. She's looking for that someone Who can make her feel worthwhile. With just one dance She'll take a chance And make some cowboy smile. Could it be love? Oh, Could it be love? Amy? May I have this dance? Maybe walk and talk awhile? I'm not much on great romance But I'd love to see you smile. And if you'll place your hand in mine... We won't be lonely anymore. I've looked around enough to know It's you I'm looking for. Could it be love? Now... A little cowboy wants a kiss. Mama sends him off to bed. He kisses Dad and baby brother and lays down his sleepy head. Amy ! Look around you girl ! Don't let your head hang down. There's three who love and need you and we'll always be around. It's Love ! Oh ! It's Love ! |

Now... A little cowboy wants a kiss. Mama sends him off to bed. He kisses Dad and baby brother and lays down his sleepy head. Amy ! Look around you girl ! Don't let your head hang down. There's three who love and need you and we'll always be around. It's Love ! Oh ! It's Love ! So heartwarming  evoked some emotions here.. |
