Easier Said Than Done

I must go with the flow
Let thoughts unfold
Do not stress about it
I am often being told

Easier said than done
Would be my reply
Here I am once again
Stressing over why

I had tried to reach out
To where I still yearn
Whilst longing the flow
I get stress in return

Anguish answers back
The flow I cannot find
Stress gave no release
I need peace of mind
