               Beach Dream



               Last night
               I dreamed of that beach
               and that surf
               with all its colors

               I was there
               and you were there
               at my left side
               touching

               We sat quietly
               listening to the sea
               and watched the kaleidoscope
               of reflected sunset

               I turned
               to see the hues
               slip deeply
               into your eyes
