When I read this, I got this odd image of a little kid poking another in the eye and then running behind "God" and saying "I didn't do it! It was HIS plan!"
I really like this. Short and... well maybe not sweet. Perhaps bitter. In the tastiest way.

On Watching the news, I

ask

how many ways
can you say  war
it has the face of my abhor

can it be a human thing
a necessary of yin and yang
where is taught the dirge   not hymn
I hear it sing a song   of end

listening now to points impact
like bomb I fear the way this acts
will tear the life from crowded streets
and fall the learning tree complete
