Emotions

Sad is the day when covered in grey
And the soft rain drizzles away-
And gone is a happy sunshine's play.

Joyful is the rainbow after the rain
Connecting the sky with the earth – to gain
The strength to cope with moments of pain.

Angry is the ocean during the night,
When waves are thrown like in a fight
A vision of terror to give a fright.

Love is the quietness at morning-rise,
When flowers awake in surprise
To be kissed by the wings of butterflies.

Horror is a sudden noise of an earthquake
Destroying roads and houses - to shake -
The steady ground, in a violent out-break.

Amazing is the sparkle of a star
Glittering from the most distance afar
Like the power of the Egyptian god Ra.
