It’s this playful
Give and take between us
I like most

Two comfortable veterans
Through all that has gone before
We make a world of our own
With a few words in tune

A small duet
Softly intimate
Content to be free of harm

What would I do
With however slender yet another girl
Who didn’t know how to sing
