No Friend Like Him Alone on a pew she sits hands rest on her lap, a bible too her heart beats at a rapid pace while beads of sweat touch her expressionless face Sounds of music begin to flow, perfect harmony to pierce her very soul tears drop like rain, releasing her pain her wounded heart needing a fresh start Peace floods her soul, as words of his love are told slowly a smile touches her face ... no one is a friend like Jesus ~BloomingRose~ [This message has been edited by BloomingRose (edited 09-12-2000).] |

 It's funny how one can be witnessing to another about the Lord and their face appears so expressionless, yet His word goes beneith the facade and into the heart... His Word is so far reaching. What a compelling story of a church attending lady being genuinely touched by the Word of God. I can just see her sitting there so proper with Blble and hands in lap. God Bless You, Bob <>< |
